Last year, this pillar came to life in a tangible way. In response to the devastation caused by hurricanes in Tampa, the Foundation provided $15,000 in re-homing assistance to help families secure housing and begin rebuilding their lives. This work demonstrated how collective giving can ease financial burdens and restore hope during times of crisis.

At the heart of this pillar is the First Foundations Program, which delivers workshops and seminars on financial literacy. Participants gain practical skills in budgeting, saving, credit management, and debt reduction, along with expert guidance from a trusted network of realtors, lenders, financial advisors, and coaches.

Through First Foundations, our vision is to increase homeownership rates in Tampa Bay while equipping individuals with the tools to achieve financial independence and stability.
