The Career Closet is a free, donation-based resource that opens at key times of the year—such as during our CULTIVATE event—and in response to urgent community needs, including natural disasters like Hurricanes Helene and Milton. It offers a wide selection of professional attire for men and women of all sizes, including shoes, bags, and accessories.

Donations from community partners, corporate sponsors, and individuals are thoughtfully curated to ensure participants have what they need for job interviews, new job starts, high-stakes meetings, and special events. By making the Career Closet available during both pivotal moments and times of crisis, we not only provide professional attire but also restore confidence, dignity, and readiness to embrace new opportunities.

The Career Academy, launched in 2025 through our ELEVATE: Your Income, Influence, and Impact Summer Masterclass series, expands this support with a structured, hands-on learning experience. Participants gain access to personalized coaching and mentorship while developing essential skills in leadership, communication, time management, and strategic thinking.

Industry professionals lead workshops, share insights, and create networking opportunities, helping participants build meaningful relationships and broaden their professional reach.
