The First Foundations pillar focuses on helping individuals build stronger financial futures. Through education and access to trusted resources, we teach the value of financial freedom and highlight homeownership as one of the pathways to long-term stability and generational wealth.

This work is made possible through community support, partnerships with local businesses, and the power of collective investment. In 2025, that commitment became tangible when the Foundation provided $15,000 in re-homing assistance to families affected by the Tampa Bay hurricanes, helping them secure housing and begin rebuilding.

Through the First Foundations program, we pair financial support with practical education. Workshops and coaching cover topics such as budgeting, saving, credit management, and debt reduction, with guidance from realtors, lenders, financial advisors, and other professionals. Our goal is simple: to help individuals gain the knowledge, confidence, and tools needed to build lasting financial stability.
