The Career Closet and Career Academy work together to support individuals at every stage of their professional journey. The Career Closet is a free, donation-based resource that opens at key times throughout the year, including during our CULTIVATE event and in response to urgent community needs. It provides a wide selection of professional clothing for men and women of all sizes, along with shoes, bags, and accessories. Through generous donations from community partners, businesses, and individuals, participants can find what they need for interviews, new jobs, important meetings, and special events.

The Career Academy, launched in 2025 through our ELEVATE: Your Income, Influence, and Impact summer masterclass series, offers hands-on learning, coaching, and mentorship to help participants strengthen their skills and expand their opportunities. Sessions focus on leadership, communication, financial empowerment, career and business growth, resilience, and overall well-being. Together, these programs go beyond job readiness by helping individuals build confidence, develop practical skills, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
